- 3 cups Flour
 - 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
 - 2 cups Brown sugar
 - 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
 - 2 tsp. Baking powder
 - 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
 - 1 tsp. Baking Soda
 - 3 Eggs
 - ½ tsp. Salt
 - 3 cups Shredded zucchini
 - 1 tsp. Cinnamon
 - 3 Tbsp. Milk
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
 - Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Blend in butter. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla.
 - Add Zucchini last. Mix enough to moisten the batter.
 - Cook for 12-14 min with both pans in the oven.
