Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb. pasta of choice
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking cook the bacon and drain on a plate with a paper towel. Once the bacon is cooled, chop it up into little pieces.
- In the same pan that you cooked the bacon, wipe out the bacon grease and cook the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the Italian seasoning and zucchini and cook to the desired doneness.
- Toss with pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
