Ingredients:
- 2 cans (10 total biscuits) canned biscuit dough
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
- Milk, as needed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to biscuit dough packaging recommendation.
- Spray regular size muffin tin. Form biscuit dough into a bowl shape and place in the muffin tin.
- In a pan over medium heat, combine cooked chicken, frozen veggies, and soup. Thin soup with milk until you've reached the desired consistency.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the biscuit bowls and bake for 17 - 22 minutes or until biscuits are cooked and golden brown. Allow to cool and serve.
