Easy Personal Chicken Pot Pies

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans (10 total biscuits) canned biscuit dough
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • Milk, as needed

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to biscuit dough packaging recommendation.
  2. Spray regular size muffin tin.  Form biscuit dough into a bowl shape and place in the muffin tin.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, combine cooked chicken, frozen veggies, and soup.  Thin soup with milk until you've reached the desired consistency.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into the biscuit bowls and bake for 17 - 22 minutes or until biscuits are cooked and golden brown.  Allow to cool and serve.
