Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (or 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano,
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 large chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease pan, set aside.
- Combine ingredients together, other than the chicken. Rub on the chicken breasts and bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked. If the chicken is thawed, it will be around 45 minutes and if it is frozen, it will be closer to 60 minutes.
- Serve over rice and veggies. Enjoy!
Note: Can be used as a marinade, for a more intense flavor marinate for 4+ hours in the fridge.
