- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 3-4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 cup mashed banana, (2 ripe bananas)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon, or more
- 2 cups milk
Directions:
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, and milk to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Divide into 4 containers. Cover with a lid or plastic and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, top with your toppings of choice.
Notes:
- You can use dark, light, or regular brown sugar. This recipe was created with dark brown sugar.
