Post Partum Protein Shake


Preparation time: 8 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
Yield: 1 shake

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 tsp. Benefiber prebiotic fiber supplement
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fiber supplement

Directions:
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Add water for desired consistency.
  2. Enjoy!

I made this everyday for four months after I had my second baby.  It was awesome for my mental, emotional, and physical recovery.
