Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tsp. Benefiber prebiotic fiber supplement
- 1/2 Tbsp. fiber supplement
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add water for desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
I made this everyday for four months after I had my second baby. It was awesome for my mental, emotional, and physical recovery.
